Delivery Information

Free delivery for all orders over €100, If under €100 the cost is €5.50. 

We deliver to Ireland and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 working days after it is placed. If you have placed your order at the weekend, your order will begin to be processed on the next available working day.

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not available we will contact you and arrange a refund or substitution. If you have any queries about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Ozone Boutique, we hope you love your purchases/s, However if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags/labels must remain in place (if any are missing we will not accept the return). 

Sending your return

Please pack your product/s carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged in transit (the items are your responsibility until they reach us)

We recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number. 

Ozone Boutique is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit and cannot take responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.

We endeavour to process returns as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.

Once your return has been received and being processed it will undergo a quality review. We will notify you once inspected and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on the cost at purchase price (excluding original delivery cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

We do not refund initial delivery charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. 

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items 
Items received where the anti-wardrobing tag has been removed or tampered with will not be accepted.

We will not accept returns on any items which appear to have been worn/used and which do not have the original ticketing/labels attached. If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume/aftershave, cooking/food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund.

Items not returned within 14 days of receipt are outside of the returns period and cannot be refunded.

Gift cards and discounted/sale items are non-refundable.

Hair accessories and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

If you return a 'non-returnable' item to us we are unable to process this for a refund. We would be happy to return the item to you however additional postage costs would be required, we would require you to contact us to arrange this.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right - Contact us at
